Corporate Call
Regional strengths - international ideas
The Corporate Call brings together leading Styrian companies and institutions looking for innovative solutions with start-ups from all over Europe.
The goal is to support companies and institutions in Styria in their next innovative step with outstanding solutions and thus to strengthen the innovative power of the region and the leading companies through forward-looking partnerships and cooperations.
Successful cooperations have already been initiated through the Corporate Call in previous years. Well-known cluster companies, such as ams AG, Energie Steiermark, SANLAS Holding, Merkur Versicherung, Lebenshilfen Soziale Dienste, K-Businesscom, were brought together with innovative partners from all over Europe.
However, the Corporate Call and the HTH also prepare the ground for the settlement of innovative life science companies in the region. For example, HTH 2020 was the first port of call for a young Slovenian-Italian MedTech start-up, which has since been successfully incubated at Science Park Graz as a Styrian spin-off.

Starting signal for the Corporate Call
Terms of reference for the lead companies and the call for pitches are published.
- January 26, 2023
Brief presentation of the calls by the corporates at the online event "Virtual HTH - Climate and Health".
- March 10, 2023
Deadline for submissions by the start-ups.
The viewing and evaluation phase begins.
- Until March 24, 2023
Online pitches
A selection of the start-ups pitch online. A decision is made for three finalists.
- March 30, 2023
Final live pitches at the "HTH Styria Pitch & Partner".
The winning teams will be awarded.
- March 31, 2023
Start of the cooperation phase
Corporate and start-up begin their form of collaboration.
